More About Me!
I’m a Licensed Social Worker with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Xavier University and a Master of Social Work from the University of St. Francis. My clinical background includes outpatient therapy, child and adolescent work, family therapy, crisis support, case management, and substance use treatment.
I value authenticity, compassion, and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy staying busy, being involved in meaningful activities, and spending time with the people I care about.
What to Expect From Our Work Together
Our work together will be collaborative, intentional, and tailored to your needs. I draw from CBT, DBT informed strategies, mindfulness, client centered therapy, and strengths-based approaches to help you identify patterns, build practical skills, and create new pathways forward.
Sessions may be structured or open ended depending on what feels most supportive. Above all, I prioritize trust, curiosity, and active listening so you can show up authentically and feel truly heard.
