More About Me!
I come from a Caribbean background and carry a deep appreciation for culture, resilience, and community. After moving to the U.S., I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of West Florida and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, cooking meals that remind me of home, and exploring new places. These parts of my life bring balance and energy to the work I do with clients.
What to Expect From Our Work Together
You can expect sessions to be tailored to your goals and at a pace that feels right for you. Some days may involve exploring past experiences and how they influence the present, while other days may be more focused on strategies to manage stress, improve coping, or build healthier relationships. Together, we’ll work toward creating lasting changes that support your well-being and help you feel more confident in your daily life.
What you Need to Know About Me
I view therapy as a collaborative process where each person brings their own strengths, insights, and life experiences. My role is to listen carefully, provide guidance when needed, and introduce practical tools that support growth and healing. I believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel both understood and challenged in a supportive way. My style is open, compassionate, and focused on creating a space where you feel respected and valued.
